These are working terms for a small-batch e-commerce site. They should be reviewed and approved by your attorney before you begin fulfilling paid orders at scale.

By accessing or using thedevilscure.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice. Product photos are representative — actual bottle labels and packaging may vary slightly between production batches.
Our hot sauces and BBQ sauces contain chili peppers and other ingredients that may cause adverse reactions in sensitive individuals. Please review ingredient information before purchasing if you have food allergies or sensitivities. Consuming extremely hot products carries inherent risk — use responsibly.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed in error.
Payment is processed through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling any order affected by an error.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Our sauces are perishable, refrigerated products. Please refrigerate upon receipt and consume within the timeframe shown on the label.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us at sales@thedevilscure.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, and the Scoville Scale guide — is the property of The Devils Cure or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us (via email, social media, or any other channel), you grant The Devils Cure a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our products and marketing.
